Dave Greenberg is the Managing Consultant for IceHouse Consulting. He has over 20 years of
professional experience in the Internet, eCommerce and Information Technology fields. Most
recently, he was the Vice President of Internet Banking at Key Bank where he ran a direct-to-
customer sales channel with over $2B in total assets. Prior to that, Dave was the Senior
eCommerce Project Manager for Williams-Sonoma in San Francisco which did over $1B in online
sales each year.
For the many years leading up to entering the Internet and eCommerce space, Dave was a Senior
Principal Consultant for both PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting and IBM Business Consulting
Services. In both of these roles, Dave specialized in large-scale, international Sales Force and
Call Center Automation CRM implementations. He was fortunate enough to be able to travel all
over the world to client locations to implement these complex systems.
Prior to his ‘traveling consultant’ years, Dave worked for StorageTek Corporation in Boulder,
Colorado as the Sales Force Automation Project Manager. Prior to that role, he was a Technology
Consultant on Wall Street and advised some of the largest brokerage houses in New York on
trading floor automation and strategy. He started his career at The Chase Manhattan Bank as an
International Information Systems business analyst.
Dave is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has his Masters Degree in
Technology Management from the University of Denver. Dave’s undergraduate degree is a
BBA/Finance from the George Washington University in Washington, DC. Dave presently resides
about 30 miles east of Cleveland, Ohio in the historic village of Chagrin Falls with his wife, 2 kids
and prized Black Lab.
